How to use. :

Preparation:

Cleanse Your Face: Start with a clean face. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils.

Apply a Serum or Moisturizer: Apply a serum, facial oil, or moisturizer to your face. This provides some slip for the roller and allows it to glide smoothly.

Using the Crystal Roller:

Cool the Roller (Optional): For an extra refreshing experience, you can store your crystal roller in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use.

Begin with the Neck:

Start at the base of your neck and roll upwards towards your jawline. Use gentle, upward strokes.
Move to the Jawline and Cheeks:

Continue rolling from your jawline towards your cheeks. Roll in an outward and upward motion, moving towards your ears.
Eye Area (Optional):

If you have a smaller roller for the eyes, use it to gently roll around the eye area. Be very gentle and avoid applying too much pressure.
Forehead and Temples:

Roll across your forehead, moving from the center towards your hairline. You can also roll at your temples in a circular motion.
Under the Eyes (Optional):

Using the smaller end of the roller, gently roll from the inner corners of your eyes towards the temples.
Repeat and Massage:

Repeat each motion 3-5 times. Focus on areas where you hold tension or have puffiness.
Facial Acupressure (Optional):

Use the roller’s smaller end or a specific acupressure point to gently apply pressure to specific points on your face for added relaxation and rejuvenation.
